What payment options do you currently accept?

Coaldrake’s currently offer the following payment options on our site:

How much does it cost for postage / shipping?

For all online orders, we charge one flat rate of $8.00, regardless of the number of books you order at any one time. If your order cannot be filled all at once, you will only be charged the postage cost on the original shipping.

How do I complete an order?

To complete an order, just follow these simple instructions:

After browsing our site, once you find a product you want, just click on Add to Basket, found underneath the product. You will then be directed to you Shopping Cart. This cart displays the product you wish to purchase, its cost, and shipping costs. Here you can update quantities, if you would like to order more than one copy, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

If you click on ‘continue shopping’ you will be taken back to the home page, where you can browse for further products and add them to your shopping cart.

Once you are ready to proceed to the checkout, just click on proceed to checkout on the shopping cart page, or click on the checkout tab located on the top right hand side of our site.

You will be asked to provide the following details:

Click on Continue to Confirm Order where your order details will be shown. Please check these, and if all correct, click on Submit Order.

If you wish to delete an item in your shopping cart, just click on the cancel. You will be asked to confirm whether you wish to remove this item from your cart. Just click on OK and the item will be removed.

How do I know if my product is in stock?

Once you click on Add to Cart, if your item is out of stock the following message will appear on your shopping cart page:

"Note: The following items are out of stock and will ship at a later date. Postage will be charged on your initial shipment only."

"Title and author of book"

As soon as it is in stock we will ship it to you.

Do you offer discounts?

At Coaldrake’s we offer 10% off the price of full price books for online orders of two books or more.

Is it safe to purchase books from your online store?

Yes it is completely safe. Coaldrake’s site is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology). Any transactions that take place on our site are protected by this technology. Also, once you proceed to checkout you will notice a padlock that appears on the page, indicating you are on a secure site. Shopping with Coaldrake’s online has never been more safe and secure.

If I want to return a book, what is your returns policy?

We offer a refund or exchange on any book delivered that is misbound or faulty, or is not what you ordered.
